Solid oak tables, stone floors, a long bench and a drinking fountain are the rustic elements of the Braustube. This is where it’s at! This is where we meet for lunch or dinner. This is where the labourer toasts with the banker at the regulars’ table. This is where you can laugh, celebrate, chat and flirt.

The Braustube menu is seasonal and offers delicious classics made using fresh and regional ingredients. During the week, you can also choose from the weekly menu or the daily special.

Truuba beer and other malt drinks, freshly brewed coffee creations from our barista, colourful lemonades, liqueurs, spirits and an impressive wine list ensure enjoyment, refreshment and the right drink for every occasion.

Everyday life stays outside. In a unique ambience, guests put together their favourite menu from the Traubensaal menu and indulge themselves completely.

The Traubensaal is a place of tradition. The painted murals, the classic wooden panels and boiserie bear witness to this. Take a seat on comfortable armchairs at humble tables made of Swiss walnut, enveloped in white for dinner. Enjoyment comes easy here.

The Traubensaal menu invites you to put together a customised menu from a variety of portion sizes. Do you enjoy culinary variety in the form of several smaller portions? Or do you prefer a big portion of a tried-and-tested treat? Or do you simply want to be surprised and trust the house recommendation?

Whatever you decide, our wine cellars are stocked with the perfect pairings of wine, sparkling wine and champagne. Allow our sommelière to expertly advise you and discover the virtually endless variety of wines.

The oasis. The jewel. A place in the heart of the city to discover, feel at ease and recharge. This is where time stands still, the everyday disappears, and lightness of being and happiness await you.

Secluded spots surrounded by fountains that make water dance, trees, herbs and flowers in every imaginable shade. The garden is divided into several small oases with different themes. A place of well-being for the senses, for convivial hours, cosy afternoons and balmy summer evenings. Water – the core element – sets the scene with versatility, with a pond, fountains and pools, giving the garden sensuality. Make yourself comfortable on the water deck, toast with your loved ones in the oak courtyard or enjoy an excellent dining experience in the rose garden.

In the evening, the menu features our best-loved dishes from the Braustube (Wasserdeck, Eichenhof, Bistro) and the Traubensaal (Rosengarten, Wasserhof). In the afternoon, a weekly changing lunch menu is offered on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. Like the Braustube and the Traubensaal, the garden is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The Gartenzimmer and terrace are still open for service on these days.

Breakfast in the morning, bistro during the day. This is where the inside connects with the outside.

The Gartenzimmer is the heart of the adjacent boutique hotel. Guests can gather here for a hearty breakfast with fresh bread from the Truuba bakery, then later for fantastic coffee with home baked goods a simple lunch or for a convivial aperitif with hearty snacks. On warm days, the large glass front opens out onto the garden and the interior and outside space flow seamlessly into one another.

With various homemade breads and croissants, a selection of meats and cheeses, fruit and nuts, yoghurt, granola, homemade jams, cakes, egg dishes, coffee, tea and other additional delicacies, breakfast at Truuba is served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on weekdays and 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Sundays.

This stylishly furnished room is open to all guests. Whether at the large table or in the comfortable seating area, the lounge invites you to relax, enjoy your drink, chat and celebrate. The curated library is perfect for short breaks at Gasthaus Traube.

Order seasonal dishes and beloved classics from the brewery menu. The highlight in the lounge is the leather bar cabinet known as “the treasure chest”, in which many afined spirits can be found. Your drink will be mixed and served on the spot.

The stylish room in the guise of a director’s office. For smaller private groups of up to 14 people as well as for meetings and seminars. And when the work is done, we set the table and transform the parlour into your private dining room.

Here you can come together for small celebrations, to make important decisions, to learn new things, to hold your general assembly or to develop creative ideas in a group. We have everything you need. The latest seminar technology and first-class equipment are included and cleverly hidden.

We serve drinks, fresh fruit and snacks to keep you refreshed and perfectly energised at all times – or whatever will best support the group to achieve the day’s objective.

This is where you come together. For parties, banquets and meetings of up to 50 people. A stone’s throw from the civil registry office, the Buchs churches and the idyllic waters of the Lake Werdenberg.

This historic hall on the first floor used to see the celebration of marriages, announcement of court judgements and, of course, the frolicsome of festivals. Clad entirely in wood and flooded with daylight, the courtroom radiates homely warmth and cheer, and provides the perfect setting for your special occasion.

The modular furniture allows maximum flexibility when it comes to table seating. With our own kitchen on the same floor, we can expertly host your party with great efficiency.

An exclusive location in the historic vaulted cellar with a long table for convivial gatherings with colourful groups, classy aperitifs and wine tastings in a unique atmosphere.

Built in the first half of the 19th century, the Gasthaus was used as brewery until 1881. It was for this original purpose that the large listed vaulted cellar was preserved – notably the five-metre-high ice cellar, where the natural ice needed for brewing was stored.

Nowadays the ice cellar is used to celebrate fine wines. Our sommelier will guide you on a journey through our world of wine, helping you to discover the nuances of our many different varieties with great enthusiasm and knowledge. The long table sits groups of up to 18 people. The exquisite wines on offer in the ice cellar are served with tapas.
