Here, the tradition of the 200-year history of the restaurant, the style and the beautiful materials of the hotel, and the organic nature of the welcoming garden merge into an oasis of relaxed encounters and unadulterated enjoyment for all the senses.

Spacious rooms with warm, natural materials in a timeless design make your stay a relaxing pleasure from the moment you walk in.

Our rooms are more than just a place to sleep. A cosy living space to lounge in, a homely scent of wood and modest furnishings. Every detail has been selected with a passion for design, a focus on a natural aesthetic, high quality and a pleasant feel. Here, you’ll sleep between the best sheets made of Egyptian cotton, enjoy your reading material in elegant Scandinavian armchairs or work at the beautiful desk in front of the large window.

 

Our lovely bathrooms feature everything you’ll need for a wonderful stay. Warm colours and exquisite furnishings ensure a feeling of comfort.

Despite the central location of the hotel, the rooms are very quiet. Instead of TVs, we offer our guests the fastest wi-fi, Bluetooth speakers and tablets to borrow on request.

The Trüübli

The cosy Trüübli. With an accent chair, a design classic, a comfortable bench in front of a large window and a curated book collection, it’s the perfect place to relax. Beautiful silk ceiling lamps create a cosy atmosphere. The room sleeps up to two people in a double bed.

The Truuba

The biggest rooms in the boutique hotel consist of an inviting space to sleep, live and work. Box spring beds for maximum sleeping comfort, a cosy seating area with timeless designer chairs and a workstation in front of a large window. The bathrooms with shower are equipped with Swiss natural care products. Our Truuba rooms can accommodate up to three guests with double beds, cots or extra beds and are also available with single beds.

The Truuba-Trüübli

25 & 18 m2 with connecting passage

Nested cosily under the roof on the third floor, or in the loft, if you will, is the family room, which connects the two rooms Truuba and Trüübli with a corridor. With a cot and an extra bed, up to five guests can stay here. With a generous living space, built-in wardrobes and two bathrooms, it has enough space for the whole family.

The breakfast

Our extensive breakfast with fresh, homemade and regional ingredients in the garden room, the heart of the hotel.

This is where our guests gather for breakfast with breads and croissants from the Truuba bakery, cheese and meat, yoghurt, homemade granola, egg dishes and many other delicacies.

Later in the day, the garden room transforms into our inviting bistro for great coffee with home baking, lunch or a convivial aperitif with hearty snacks.
