In the evening, seasonal and classic delicacies made from fresh, regional ingredients are on the Braustube menu. For lunch, we serve delicious dishes from the lunch menu on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.

The Traubensaal menu invites you to put together a customised dinner from a variety of portion sizes. Several small portions offer culinary variety, a large portion brings tried and tested dishes to the plate and recommendation of the team surprises with special creations. On Monday, Thursday and Friday lunchtimes, our daily and weekly specials provide variety.

In the evening, the menu features our best-loved dishes from the Braustube (Wasserdeck, Eichenhof, Bistro) and the Traubensaal (Rosengarten, Wasserhof). For lunchtime, a daily special and a weekly changing lunch menu is offered. Like the Braustube and the Traubensaal, the garden is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The Gartenzimmer and terrace are still open for service on these days.

The Gartenzimmer
Breakfast in the morning, bistro during the day. This is where the inside connects with the outside.
Guests gather here for a hearty breakfast, then later for fantastic coffee with home baked goods, for lunch or for a convivial aperitif with hearty snacks. On warm days, the adjoining terrace is open all year round.
The Truuba-Zmorge with various homemade breads and croissants from the Truuba bakery, a buffet with a selection of meats and cheeses, fruit and yoghurt, egg dishes, coffee, tea and other additional is served daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and to 10:30 a.m. on Sunday.
Our wine and champagne list is an affair of the heart. Carefully compiled from the wine-growing regions of Europe, with respect for the tried and tested and curiosity for the unknown - a variety of regions, vintages and flavours.
We love to highlight the subtle nuances of craftsmanship and the traditions of a region with its different producers, vintages and vineyards on our menu. But beware: the unique range of wines to accompany all dishes, the largest selection of champagnes in Switzerland as well as great trouvailles and sparkling wines could set connoisseurs' pulses racing.
Rarities and top wines from our wine cellar are also served by the glass with the help of the Coravin serving system. We do this when they have reached an exciting point in their maturity.
