At the Traubensaal, cooking is done at the highest level – with precision, passion, and a lot of heart. Chef de cuisine Jonas and his team combine masterful craftsmanship with genuine flavor. The Traubensaal Menu brings fresh ideas to the table, while the à la carte selection leaves room for personal favorites. A true Soul Kitchen – perfected in taste and full of life.

The Garten

The oasis. The jewel. A place in the heart of the city to discover, feel at ease and recharge.

At lunchtime and in the evening, the menu features dishes from the Braustube (Wasserdeck, Eichenhof, Bistro) and the Traubensaal (Rosengarten, Wasserhof). On Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays we also offer a business lunch with soup or salad. On Sundays, we serve our traditional Sunday roast – classic and refined, a tribute to grandmother’s cooking of days gone by. During summer, on fine days, we welcome our guests outdoors. When the garden is open, the Braustube and the Traubensaal remain closed.

The Gartenzimmer

Almost like home. And yet open to the world.

The Gartenzimmer is and remains our living room – whether for breakfast, a morning snack, lunch, afternoon tea, an apéro or a light dinner. Our focus is on vegetable-based cuisine and fresh ideas from the most diverse kitchens around the globe. Open, uncomplicated, inspired.

Our Truuba-Breakfast with bread and croissants from our in-house bakery, a buffet with meat and cheese, fruit and yogurt, freshly prepared egg dishes, coffee, tea, and other delights is served daily from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. and on Sundays until 10:30 a.m.

Variety and enjoyment

Our wine and champagne list is an affair of the heart. Carefully compiled from the wine-growing regions of Europe, with respect for the tried and tested and curiosity for the unknown - a variety of regions, vintages and flavours.

We love to highlight the subtle nuances of craftsmanship and the traditions of a region with its different producers, vintages and vineyards on our menu. But beware: the unique range of wines to accompany all dishes, the largest selection of champagnes in Switzerland as well as great trouvailles and sparkling wines could set connoisseurs' pulses racing.

Rarities and top wines from our wine cellar are also served by the glass with the help of the Coravin serving system. We do this when they have reached an exciting point in their maturity.
