Our garden is the restaurant’s green oasis, bringing its soul and cuisine outdoors. At lunchtime and in the evening we serve dishes from the Braustube and Traubensaal, during the day the garden invites to enjoy light meals, coffee and homemade cakes.
On sunny days, life moves entirely outside – when the garden is open, the indoor rooms remain closed.

The Gartenzimmer is many things: a bistro, a retreat, a meeting place. The perfect spot for your first coffee of the day, a light lunch, and an early evening apéro.

Our wine and champagne list is an affair of the heart. Carefully compiled from the wine-growing regions of Europe, with respect for the tried and tested and curiosity for the unknown - a variety of regions, vintages and flavours.
We love to highlight the subtle nuances of craftsmanship and the traditions of a region with its different producers, vintages and vineyards on our menu. But beware: the unique range of wines to accompany all dishes, the largest selection of champagnes in Switzerland as well as great trouvailles and sparkling wines could set connoisseurs' pulses racing.
Rarities and top wines from our wine cellar are also served by the glass with the help of the Coravin serving system. We do this when they have reached an exciting point in their maturity.
