Anselme Selosse – winemaker, philosopher, poet – has shaped the world of Champagne like few others. Between chalky soils, old vines, and visionary craftsmanship, he has created a Champagne universe unlike any other, one that goes far beyond sparkling enjoyment. With his philosophy, Selosse revolutionized thinking in both vineyard and cellar – uncompromising and full of expression. With deep respect for terroir, artistic sensibility, and the courage to be different, he became an inspiration for an entire generation of winemakers.

In this matinée, we embark together on a journey through the legacy of Selosse and his disciples: winemakers who carry on his spirit and philosophy without copying him – independent, yet always inspired by the master.

A very special highlight awaits us: together we will taste the legendary and rare Lieux-Dits Collection – a sensual experience that vividly brings the character of individual vineyard sites into the glass and makes the uniqueness of Selosse’s signature tangible. In combination with a finely tuned 5-course menu, a Champagne dialogue of texture, depth, and lightness unfolds.
